2010-03-31 Chop This

I'm not really a do-it-yourself type of gal most of the time. But I do hate to pay extra for slicing services when it comes to fruit. That's why I couldn't resist buying this pineapple and deciding to slice it myself. It's so pretty. And I hear these aren't hard to grow. But with vacation a couple of weeks away, now's not the time to try. And I usually kill all my plants anyway. But until I cut into this one, I'm enjoying seeing it in the fridge.
