I decided to make this baked brie for our last JL board meeting, but for some reason the bottom burst out when I transferred it from the baking tray to the serving platter. Sigh. Oh well...it was still pretty and everyone at it up! Woot!
Its really easy to make too. You just buy a brie and top it with apricot preserves, then wrap it in puff pastry and do an egg wash on top. Bake about 10 minutes til brown. Eat with gusto.
Looks amazing and is making me crave some. What does it spell on top? JL something?
