2010-09-04 Company Cake

I'm expecting company...my brother and sister in law are coming over to go on a Swamp Walk tomorrow. So I thought a little cake was in order...this is a banana cake, which we went to town on!

    Yes, indeed, I did make it myself! It was lovely, with Bananas and I dumped some flaxseeds in there for fiber. It's like a metamucil cake!
